I first began my journey with Rhea in March of 2021, the day my daughter left for The Navy. I could not go to work afterwards. I needed a place to go, a person to talk with, and the Universe sent me Rhea. My first appointment that day with Rhea was also our first in-session since COVID 19 closed everything down. I believe what really got me about Rhea was her genuine compassion for my experience. From the beginning of our sessions, she provided feedback, something I knew was necessary for my healing and progress. Gone are the monologue sessions of yesteryear.

Having a dialogue with Rhea, she shares her knowledge, experience and expertise. From there we were able to move forward discovering other motives for my seeking therapy at that time. Rhea is open-minded, curious and continues to educate herself through reading, podcasts, seminars and workshops in order to be more of service to her clients as facilitator, advancing in your therapy and realizing unknown goals.

In addition to interactive talk therapy, Rhea is also a certified Reiki Master. We have substituted some of our sessions with Reiki on several occasions. I have found these sessions to have a very positive effect on me mentally, physically and spiritually. This is a wonderful addition to her practice and one I look forward to.

Rhea understands mental health encompasses more than just the minds’ talk. There is emotional and spiritual health. Together, delving into these three forms I have developed healthier and happier relationships in my life. Her room is warm and welcoming, a safe place for discussion.

Rhea is a life-long learner willing to share her knowledge, explore the unknown and meet you in your practice in order to support you. I am so grateful to have found Rhea! I attended a single session with her when I needed some guidance and conflict resolution. She listened to all my feelings and validated them. Made me feel like they were justified and then she guided me to a resolution to the situation. Rhea has a way about her that makes you feel so much more calm and level headed about the issue while helping to address the issue at hand.
